2. Wonder Man – December 2025

Disney+

Aquaman star Yahya Abdul-Mateen II enters the MCU as Simon Williams in this ambitious and unconventional series. With Ben Kingsley returning as Trevor Slattery and a comedy-drama tone under the eye of Andrew Guest, Wonder Man could be one of the most unique character studies Marvel has done.

3. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 – March 2026

Disney+

Daredevil is back for another round of brutal justice. Charlie Cox reprises his role, and with production in full swing, fans can expect an intense new season exploring Matt Murdock’s darker battles. It’s one of Marvel’s most grounded shows and continues to expand its street-level universe.

4. Spider-Man: Brand New Day – July 24, 2026

Disney+

Tom Holland returns for his fourth solo film, now officially titled Brand New Day. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, this film may explore a new love interest for Peter Parker with Sadie Sink joining the cast. Zendaya’s return remains uncertain, but this is expected to be a major character reset.

5. Avengers: Doomsday – December 18, 2026

Disney+

A major shake-up arrives as Robert Downey Jr. returns not as Iron Man but as Doctor Doom. Directed by the Russo Brothers, this new Avengers film will pit Marvel heroes against a villain unlike any before. Anthony Mackie returns as Captain America, and multiple universes could collide.

6. Avengers: Secret Wars – December 17, 2027

7. Vision – 2026

Disney+

Paul Bettany returns as the white version of Vision in a brand-new Disney Plus series. Helmed by Terry Matalas, this show will explore Vision’s quest for identity and purpose following the events of WandaVision. Development is moving steadily and casting announcements are already underway.

8. Black Panther 3 – TBC

9. Shang-Chi 2 – TBC

10. Blade – TBC

Disney+

Still in limbo, but not dead yet. Mahershala Ali is attached to play the vampire hunter, though the project has seen delays and rewrites. With Mia Goth on board and fan excitement still alive, Blade could still become a vital part of Marvel’s darker slate.

11. Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 – TBC

12. Armor Wars – TBC

Disney+

Ryan Coogler is working on a Disney Plus series set in Wakanda. While the Okoye spin-off has been shelved, the larger project exploring different corners of Wakandan culture is still in development. Expect a rich, layered expansion of the Black Panther universe.

14. Nova – TBC

Disney+

The fan-favorite cosmic hero is expected to enter the MCU soon. With Guardians of the Galaxy’s Xandar already destroyed in the timeline, Nova’s origin could tie directly into the larger galactic conflict. Whether it’s a series or movie, development is active.

15. Star-Lord Project – TBC

Disney+

Chris Pratt is set to return as Star-Lord in a solo story. While no official format or director has been confirmed, Marvel teased his return in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 post-credit scene. It may take some time, but a Star-Lord adventure is definitely on the table.

The most anticipated reboot of them all. With teases already planted in Ms Marvel and Deadpool, the mutants are finally coming to the MCU. Michael Lesslie is reportedly writing the script, but no casting or dates have been confirmed yet. It could arrive around 2028 or later.
